Package Schedule

DAY 01 – Arrival in Penang

Upon arrival at Penang International Airport, guest will be met and greeted by our    representative. Then, guest will be transferred to check-in hotel. Relax and refresh yourself. Later, proceed to have dinner at Gurney Drive. After dinner, visit Batu Feringghi Night Market. Back to hotel. (D)

 

DAY 02 ( Obon Odori  Fest Day )

Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast, start the tour by going to Heritage Walk.  The fun walk will take about 45 minutes to 1 hour tour to Heritage Site. Firstly, we go on a tour  to the Pinang Peranakan Mansion which is the typical home of a rich Baba of a century ago is recreated to offer a glimpse of their opulent lifestyle and of their many customs and traditions. Next, walks along The Street of Harmony. The Street of Harmony is the main places of worship like St. George’s Church, Kuan Yin Chinese Temple, Sri Mahamariamman Hindus Temple and Kapitan Keling Mosque. After the walk we will  continue the journey to visit the Fort Cornwallis. Fort Cornwallis is the largest standing fort in Malaysia. Transfer back to hotel to relax.  After freshened  up we will leave for the most exciting event of the year – “Penang Obon Festival 2012” at the Esplanade.   (B/L/D)

 

DAY 03

Breakfast at hotel. Proceed to Penang Round Island Tours. Begin a journey to Penang Hill (Bukit Bendera)  and one of the finest Buddhist temples in south East Asia – Kek Lok Si   (B/L/D)

DAY 04 – Depart Penang

Breakfast at hotel and check-out hotel. Free At Leisure  until departure transfer to Penang Airport
